Bold, bald and more than a little barmy...

Basic Facts;
Former Army Sergeant , avid hillwalker and occasional mountaineer. If anyone's interested in my appearance..I'm old, bald and my body's falling to bits, but I do have a sense of humour! I'm married to the lovely Sandra (since 1977 !) We have a daughter, Yvonne and a granddaughter, Becky.We also have two dogs, Lady and Ludo.
My Hobbies and Interests ;
Hill walking, mountaineering, Photography with my Eos300D, cycling, a bit of a d.i.y enthusiast. I'm a member of the support group for Ogwen valley mountain rescue team (see link ) I enjoy camping and backpacking and the occasional visit to the pub!! Real ale is my greatest weakness. I'm a member of Mensa with a recorded I.Q of 154 (see link). I'm currently updating my qualifications by studying business administration, I.T and business improvement techniques which, hopefully, will lead to a masters degree in business administration (Mba)
Work, work and more work.
I'm a fire risk assessor for the Mears group in Birmingham. Not very glamourous I know, but it pays the bills. I sometimes earn a bob or two on eBay and supplement my meagre income with freelance work as an I.T and new business start-up consultant and the occasional photographic commission. |
